DANCE SHOES
Select shoes with a supportive arch :D
BOTTOMS
Given the nature of this dance form, please wear pants that allow legs to move freely or shorts that are 5 fingers above the knees or lower.
SHIRTS
Please wear shirts with short or long sleeves to allow sliding for spin moves. Sweat shirts and track jackets additionally provide more cushion for more advanced moves.
HATS
Skull Caps provide head cushion for head moves. Please no pompoms.
KNEE PADS
Please select flat kneepads that do not raise more than an inch.
HYDRATION
Water is king! To keep the energy level high and optimize recovery please no sugary drinks before during or after practice.
FOOD & SNACKS
